    Hi ladies,

My veil and tiara arrived at the weekend so i collected them. My dress is due in january :). When i went in to collect them there was a dress and veil in the window and i loved the veil, more than my one. I felt rude asking if i could exchange it as i didnt want to annoy them.

Has anyone exchanged their veil for another one? Im going to wait until my dress comes in and then maybe ask them if i still feel the same

    Thanks xx

I have yet to choose my veil. I think the fact that I have gone off my dress doesn't help as I don't want to look for a veil in case I decide to buy another dress.

Looking forward to becoming the 3rd and last Mrs McLauchlan

They probably won't mind your swapping because they can keep your old one and sell it on to another bride fairly easily, you might just have to pay a little more if there is a price difference. Have both with you when you try on the dress and then you can compare and see which you prefer? X

I bought a head piece from the bridal store I got my dress from and returned it, she was happy for me to exchange aslong as it was 4 weeks from when I purchased it. Maybe best to enquire first. I wouldn't feel rude but I would suggest trying both veils on. Maxine I wouldn't worry, I've had several wobbles with my dress, I think that's normal! Xx

Hi maxine, how come you have gone off your dress? Its definitely easy to have doubts i think, when do you go to collect it so you can try it on again?

Thanks girls, yes im keeping it exactly as ive received it, so fingers crossed they will exchange it if i want to, and yes pay extra if theres a price difference.
