The first man I ever loved stood tall above my head, he read me bed time stories then he'd tuck me into bed.
He’d listen to my prayers, scare the bogeyman away, he’d leave the hallway light on until the break of day.
We’d always laugh and giggle when I danced upon his feet, he’d twirl me in a circle to make the dance complete.
He taught me about courage and not to compromise, the first man I ever loved is very brave & very wise.
Now I will be married a new life I am to start, but forever will my first love remain within my heart.

Dear mum and dad,
Today is the day, I've dreamed of all my life. The day that I get married, and become a loving wife. You need to know how precious, you two are to me. You have made me what I am, and will carry on to be.
This day will be a special one, with emotions flowing free, I just wanted you to know, I'll need you there with me Your strength and love will guide me, as I become the bride, As I start this unknown journey, I need you by my side.
As I stand with Dad, and start walking down the aisle Please look at me dear Mum, I'll need to see your smile. Your smile and Dad's arm, will help to steady me, As I take this step, for everyone to see.
I'll always be your daughter, and your love I'll always need, I’m now starting a new chapter, planting a new seed. He is my love, my life, my everything to me, And he will be beside me, as we tackle what will be.
