finished my seating plan, really struggling with how to set the top table out though, dont know where to sit everyone, the traditional seating plan is out as im not putting my mum next to his dad and im certainly not putting my bro next to his mum!

Done our seating plan today which was easier than I thought. And have arranged our final meeting with the venue next Sunday so that'll be the last big payment made. Mostly just on the day stuff to pay then.

Today i have paid flowers and cake off and mum has paid the last little bit for the venue and is paying the photographer for us a week before which just leaves the suits to be paid for when we collect, the hair and make up on the day and the church fees at the rehearsal. Our banns were read for the last time in the church we get married so expecting a message to go and collect/pay for the certificate and then next week is the last time in our local parish so same again. So now I get scared because i lose control of everything and have to trust the suppliers to get it all right - very scary thought for someone who has to be in control of everything!!

Scheduled my final dress fitting for 23rd Aug (which i thought was quite late but hey ho they know what theyre doing!) and will be having a body wrap as close to that as poss, haircut booked for 23rd and nails and waxing the day before. Looking forward to everything now, spa day on the Thursday, Friday is tying up loose ends, wedding day and then honeymoon which we cannot wait for as neither of us has had a day off work all year (apart from bank holidays and weekends oh and our hen/stag do's) which has been really tough. Im ready now girls!!! x

Opened our pot of dreams today ... Expected just over £200 in there, and there was £1091 in there ... This has helped massively?!

We have handed in our cermony pack thingy, we forgot to put on who are witnesses are and who has the rings lol...he said its ok we can just deal with that on the day. the music is sorted though lol!

Ordered my seating plan from vistaprint as well, will be in poster style and hopefully here very soon so i can cast my approving eye over it lol

Visit to venue went fab' last weekend, feels even more real now all i have to do is confirm times of delivery of cake and flowers and then go meet duty manager a week before as he'll be toast master and running the day. we also take our music just to check that they work on the sound system.

can not wait for sat' go and try our wedding rings on and i get to choose how many stones i want setting into mine, ive only tried a blue wax replica of mine on, so am super excited to try the real thing on.

Hi ladies! Sounds like everyone's plans are coming together!! Love reading all the hen do posts! Had mine at the weekend. Did a spa morning then lunch at Jamie's Italian where we played Mr & Mrs! Quite embarrassing when I had to answer where the most unusual place we'd had sex was as my mum was at my hen do!! Only got 6 out of 10 which meant I had forfeits in the evening! Did the cocktail class at revolution, that was fab except for the chilli vodka shots! Then just out around Leeds. My forfeits were: get any man's phone number, dry hump a bar stool, shout 'I love willies' in a quiet area full of people, have mono brow and moustache drawn on in eyeliner!!



Felt fine on Sunday but knackered today!! Did a little shopping on Sunday in Leeds. Got h2b a surprise for the honeymoon, spent £130 in Victoria's Secret.

Is anyone else getting nervous? I'm not nervous about getting married at all, but am so nervous about people looking at me and also now ive paid everything i know things are out of my hands and i have to rely on others to get everything right! I am so bad I am not eating as i feel sick all the time (good for the weight loss but not a nice feeling!) x

Fab! I really can't wait now! I'm terrified Vicky! Everytime I think of all those people watching me and listening to me my heart kind of sinks! I'm really nervous but hoping a couple of glasses of chsmpagne will calm me down before I get there and then the excitement will take over once I get to the church! X

i got my dress fitting on sat' and am so excited. am taking my brother as he said he didnt like it when he saw a pic of it :-( made me very upset, he then back tracked and said its not what he thought i would go for, he was expecitng me to wear a big princess dress. Just hope he doesnt say anything to upset me

Hi ladies!! 2nd dress fitting today! Feel much better after going cos you know I was doubting it but it's defo the one!! Was nice trying it on and it fitting better, just the length to do now. 1 more fitting in 2 weeks time.

Paid the venue off this week and need to pay photographer, photobooth and venue decor lady tomorrow - everyone wants paying now!

This week I have place cards to write out, sugar roses to make for the cake, song list for dj to sort, final meals info for venue and ring cushion to make!!

Busy, busy, busy!!

I'm like you velcro and have nothing to do as am little miss organised! Had a meeting with our venue yday to confirm timings and dietery requirements as well as children's meals and our buffet choice. She really put us at ease but we both got quite scared when we said the next time we're there we will be married! Wrapped all our wedding party gifts yday and my jewellery and perfume has arrived (plus my personalised underwear!!). Been wearing my shoes around the house and they are so comfy. Everyone is paid except make up and hair on the day, suits a coupLe days before when we collect and the church which is paid at the rehearsal. Just want it here now. Kinda wish I was busier as then the time might go quicker! x

Oh no how awful that she couldn't support you. Can understand where you're coming from though in not wantin to get her a gift. Goes to show you're a bigger/nicer person than she is that you would get her a gift after everything x

We've just paid for our flowers and the church this morning so we've officially paid off the wedding today! What a relief!! I had an amazing hen weekend...a really relaxing spa day on Friday with my maid of honour followed by a day and night in York on Saturday doing a cocktail class, meal and drinks and then Sunday was spent with some friends having a full English breakfast and then a day on the beach. Sad it's all over but soooo excited about the wedding being in less than 4 weeks! Xx

So, had my dress fitting & although I love my dress I had THE moment. Walked out saw my mum & bro & BM there smiles we're enough but I then looked in mirror and could have cried. To see it all together was amazing!!

My brother loves it after all of his negativity.
