After leaving all you lovely ladies I rang the company, as I worked out that by the skin of my teeth I was still in the 14 day cooling off period! I asked them to cancel EVERYTHING! I pointed out that I was within my rights to have a FULL refund of any money they had taken because I was within the 14 day cooling off period. The bloke was really nice as it goes and said he would cancel everything, but I needed to also put it in writing ( which I did and posted it straight after) I went to the bank and all they offered was to cancel my debit card and wait for a new one, so we will see what happens now. Up to now they haven't taken any more money, and hopefully won't be able to now my card is cancelled! Thanks for all your support today, I felt a fool and was so depressed this morning thinking about all this ... I feel a bit better now though, I will not be holding my breathe for that refund!

Halloween they didn't say anything about time scale, I guess they will have to wait til they get my letter in the next few days? Thanks for all your help today, you're a star! xx
