    hiya everyone need a bit of help :)

    me and my partner dont know where to start with the weddding, we are looking for cheap and cheerfull place to get married but not to cheap if you get what iam saying :)

    firstly, set a realistic budge of what you can afford. Call in favours from anyone with a talent! anyone good at cakes? or taking pictures? e bay is fantastic for good quality bargains x

    ooo you got me thinking clare :) my partners got hes uncle for photo side of things thats one thing down if he says yes lol, the main thing i dont understand me and my partner was looking a hotel that caters for weddings how do we go about getting married there as a idea xx

    if you have aparticular place in mind then you can see if your date is free, if so they may provisionally hold the date for you for a fortnight (without paying anything at this stage) whilst you conduct the registrar that covers that area. If you don't know where the register office that covers that area is your hotel should be able to give you the number. If they're free then you can start making bookings/deposits. Some hotels do packages for getting married off season. For instance the hotel where we are getting married is offering packages for januray where you get 40% of the food!

    Hi Emma, where are you based? Do you have a preferance as to where you want to get married? Close to home, abroad, near other family? Once you've decided the area you can just do a google search ofr wedding venues around that area and go have a look round them all.
