I asked my OH to get me a notebook from work that i can use to write my ideas in (i was going to buy one but quiet expensive)... he got me a notebook and covered it for me, how sweet !! They all laughed in the office saying he was a ******** but i think its sweet he is sooo excited too.

Very sweet of him! H2b brought me a notebook just after New Years because I think it had hit him how close the wedding is - I used to leave notes here there and everywhere. He bought me a notebook totally non-wedding related but in a design I love. Can't upload a pic from my phone, will do later.

I think that's a lovely thing to do. I just have a small purple notebook with ribbons on it and matching purple pen that I carry around in my bag.

Like JEm I use my laptop mostly, I don't have a dedicated notebook but i do have a wedding planning book that's full of wonderful tools such as lists and planning tips, in fact its where most of the brides checklist thread came from. I got it for something like 99p when a book shop was closing down

Thats nice book.
My friend lent me the 'Wedding Bible' and it is massive and RRP of £30. It covers every section of the wedding and tells you the tradional way, modern way and on a budget way. We are both getting married so sharing the book as no point in both buying one as never read it after the wedding xx

I can't be organised with paper. My computer holds all my lists and ideas and H2B deals with the budget and saving stuff :)

Awww those books are both lovely!! Millz - thats so sweet of your h2b! - I have a hardback notebook in a pretty pattern and ive written 'Wedding Book' in Sharpie down the side hehe, but even with a notebook, I still have random notes everywhere too! :/

I do like my all over the place system - can't be organised full stop.
But I appreciated his thought very much and I loved them. here the notebook, ringbinder and envelope folder all to be used for wedding stuff.

my oh got me a personalised one for christmas 2010 with a photo of us on the front and my engagement ring on it, i managed to fill it in a week with cuttings and notes though bless him, your book is very cute and its sweet of your h2b to get excited about it too. x

i have note books coming out my ears i have them for everything for wedding planning (has a dress and shoes on front) bill book covered in marshmellows and my slimming world book covered in cupcakes lol also have a wedding planner i bought from confetti
