So, as of 3pm yesterday I still didn't have a clue what my hen night was going to involve. Then my awesome bridesmaids turned up, one dressed as the queen of hearts and the other as the mad hatter, and handed me my Alice costume. One of the girls mums made it for me, so it wasn't really short or itchy, I actually really loved it!! Here you go...

Anyway, we had 2 Queen of Hearts, 2 Mad Hatters, 2 Soldier Cards, 1 Cheshire Cat, 1 Cook - complete with pepper grinder!, and finally my mum came as the Flamingo, from the crochet game, with the craziest costume -

So, we get in the taxi, and head off in the Manchester direction, at which point I click where we're going. Richmond Tea Rooms in just of the g.a.y village and is an Alice in Wonderland Tea Room. I love afternoon tea, so it was perfect!! The place is amazing too. We stared the night with tea before moving onto a bellini. Jason Orange from Take That was in there, and a few of the girls were very excited, I'm not a Take that fan but even so I got a little giggly when he winked over at me and smiled before he left!! The girls produced a folder, in which they'd all left me a message and included pictures and stories. We also had to play Mr & Mrs, which was a little embarrassing whilst my mum, fmil and nanna there!!
After that we went onto Canal Street for a few drinks before finishing in Baa Bar for cocktails, and shots for most of the others. Then the taxi came at 10.30, so it was nice early night - I'm not much of a party animal!! My nanna is hung over this morning (not surprising for the amount she drank!!) but most of the other girls are fine!
I had an awesome night, really enjoyed it. My girls really do know me well.
