Well Friday the 13th has proved to be our worst one yet!!!! We found out today that my mil 2b has cancer!!! At the moment it is in her womb but she has to undergo a CT scan to see if it has spread!! :( If it hasn't spread then it's a hysterectomy, if it has then its the hysterectomy plus major course of chemo & radiotherapy!!! My mil2b is 69 years old!! We are not planning cancelling at the moment until after the CT when we find out exactly how bad it is, but it's something we are really going to have to consider if she has to go down the chemo route!!! This has been such a sh1t day!! Been a lot of tears from us all, we are gutted. Just wanted to vent a little bit, as we are at a loss what to do at the moment! Could just cry :'-( xx

Oh no hun! I am so sorry to hear about your mil2b! Hopefully it wont have spread and they can operate and get rid of it! If not, as bad as chemo is, it isn't the worst thing that could come from having cancer.
I have everything crossed for you all that she can just have the hysterecomy to get rid of it! And if you need to cry, cry. Don't hold it all in, being strong doesnt mean you arent allowed to be upset!

Thanks girls. We are just going to take it as it comes and keeps everything crossed! The strange thing is, is that my h2b is taking the news a lot better than I am. Everytime I think about her I cry!! :'-( x

I am so sorry to hear this.....Of course, your wedding could just be the right kind of therepy she needs too, and something to look forward to. Play it by ear and see what happens in the coming weeks/months, and take it from there.
