My H2B is trying his suit on tomorrow, if he is happy with it and the other groomsmen suits hes going to get the depost paid.. another tick off the list :)
Just wondering if anyone else thinks its bad luck to see the grooms suit before the big day? He doesnt mind either way but Im not sure whether i want to leave it till the big day arrives.. decisions decisions hey! xx

I agree with hlaraine1 entirely, lol. I know we like to surround our weddings in superstition, but if my wedding's going to end up how we are currently thinking, my h2b will be sat next to me as we drive an hour and 3/4 to our destination in our wedding clothes, so I'm praying it's not really unlucky for him to see my wedding dress either

well if its bad luck im cursed. i had to pick suit colour etc as if id of left it to him it would of been miami vice beige with some sort of check!!! pretty sure hes got a fetish about brown/neutral colours where as im having monochrome colour scheme i had to supervise!!!!

I dont think it is hun, shame if it is... I'm definitely going with h2b when he gets them. He said he wanted a suit so I found the suit online for him... along with the cravat and waistcoat which he loves. He likes me fussing over what he's wearing anyway, if I love it he knows I'll love it on the day too! He wont be seeing my dress before though x

My H2B said the ohter day that he didn't want me to see his suit before the wedding, I said I wanted to see it and I won, I'll be seeing it! But there is also a part of me that would quite like it to be a surprise too!

i dont think it is - although i wont be seeing my OH suit/kilt until im walking down the aisle as i want to be suprised!! But luckily he asked my mum to go with him to pick and she has the same taste as me in clothes so im not worried too much about it lol x

I hope its not unlucky as we picked the suits together and have seen him in it! however the waistcoat and shirt he tried on in the shop were the wrong colour but he tried them on for the size etc. when the guys go for their final fitting a week before the wedding i don't want to go - not because i think its unlucky but i want to see it on the day like he gets to see my dress on the day :)
