Hello everyone, im Seleciah and i was just wondering what do you think about wearing blue shoes as your something blue on your wedding day? I wanted to wear blue shoes, just because i wanted to wear them again.
What do you all think, any advice would be helpful please.

Manolo Blahnik made the "Something Blue" shoes for exactly this purpose. Go for it! it's your day and you can wear whatever you want. I think colourful shoes under the wedding dress look lovely.

I love the blue shoe wedding thing! I've just got my Vivienne Westwood Melissa shoes, and I was tempted to get those in blue but in the end I got Ivory and red!

I also have red glitter ones for the evening with a MUCH smaller heel in case these ones get too much
My maids will all be in red shoes with black dresses and ivory bouquets

I think it's a lovely idea, something blue :)
I was considering red shoes so that I could wear them again after the wedding and it would match my colour scheme, but then I saw my shoes in the traditional ivory, fell in love with them, they're so comfy so I've bought them (before I have got a dress!)
I'd say defo go for the blue xxx

I think its a great idea! My engagement ring is blue topaz so I'm covered on that front and I think I'm going to wear the white and silver Irregular Choice kitten heels I got for my 21st (you can find them in my 'Inspiration' folder) because I doubt I'll find ones I like more, and they'll work as my something old!
