I went to Bosworth hall yesterday to their wedding fayre and I am so glad that I went as one of the suppliers I was talking to got married there and said that they made her day so special. By all accounts the food was amazing, hot and on time. They changed the room around with no glitch and no one actually noticed as they divert your attention so you don't notice and the day went without a hitch. The staff were all really good to both them and the guests and whenever they go back to the hotel for a night to celebrate they get a free upgrade.
It just makes me feel so much more at ease now I have had a review from someone that got married there and has actually experienced it. You can never tell when you go to book as they will say anything to get a sale. The supplier also does some amazing scrap books and photo frames all hand made so it was well worth going to the fayre.
Also spoke to our new wedding coordinator as our last one left and she was really nice. She did tell me that they can do up to 3 weddings in one day but so far no one has booked our date and if they do then they can only get married either early in the morning but then they are strict and have to be out of the grounds by the time I go to get married or they have to get married at about 6pm when we are sat eating out dinner as they won't allow any wedding to cross over at all. Also where our room is means that we are well away from any other wedding that would be going on so its not so bad. I'm just relieved that our wedding won't be affected at all and I can't see another bride wanting second best by being in a smaller poky room at the back and having to have such an early wedding etc because she knows we have the best rooms booked. If you are paying that kind of money out you want to know you have the best of it all. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they won't take another booking for our day at all but in any case I can breathe a sigh of relief!

When i got married first time round there were 3 weddings in each of the different rooms inthe hotel. But it didnt put a damper on our day. In fact we got a photo of all 3 brides and grooms! So even if there is another wedding on the same day, dont worry about it honey, you will be far too caught up in your own to notice x

Thanks for that. I wasn't so much worried about others being there that day as such but more of a I don't want to be queuing for the lawn or gardens to have photos taken or having their guests turn up to the wrong wedding (I've seen that so many times before) At least I know that the venue has it all covered and have thought about these details though so I don't have to worry.
