Right when me and the h2b got engaged he asked his "bestfriend" to be bestman, but now he regrets asking him as he is a royal pain in the bum. now he's asked his friend who is sat with him now! so he has two.
how many are too many? i mean i like this one more than the other one. But hows the other one gonna feel when he finds out he's been demoted to 2nd best man?

I think it's fine to have 2 best men! I've heard of some people having 3!!! We can have as many adult bridesmaids as we want, so why can't the men have more then 1 best man!! But I think your h2b really needs to make sure he's happy with his choice coz at the end of the day it's supposed to an honour for whoever he chooses! x

my h2b ended up having about 3 too! It just happened and they all clubbed together to ensure our day went well, it wouldnt have been the same without them. Its a hard choice, but its almost like us and our bridesmaids lol

Its not a problem its only a problem when he hasn't told the other one that theres another one. haha! I think that this new bestman is really good for him, he's known him years, but they laugh ans smile, and he's really happy round him. in fact we get on too!

one of em most likely wont stand up he gets shy in front of people but i think tompi (his nickname) will make a better best man!!! Make them share the speech. One provide the speech and the other a slideshow haha of his drunken moments

this is the problem we had, h2b moved my way and although its only at 45 min drive his friends kinda gave up on him he would text them let them know when he would be in town and never get a reply and was stuck in the situation does he try really hard to form a bond or use one of his brothers, in the end i said to him look we really need you to make you decision and he said i think i have. He wouldnt say no more then we were at his mums one day and he turned round and said to all 3 of his brothers would all three of you like to be best men and they were all delighted :) So thats how we ended up with 3 xx

I think we are going to end up with 2 best men as H2B can't decide between his oldest friend who we hardly see, or my neighbour who he's become really good friends with and plays football with each week. i think men find it so hard cos they dont really have best friends like us.my partner just has a group of close friends so its not as easy a dissition 4 them as it is 4 us.plus men struggle 2 make a dissition at best of times.lol.x

It seems like a lot of our H2B's are regretting who they have asked to be their best man. My H2B couldn't decide, so I told him to pick and for the other 2 to be ushers. We both think that he has picked the wrong guy, so instead we've asked this other guy to be our daughter's godfather, as that's a life long honour.
I have been to a few Weddings where there have been 2 best men. I think a lot of guys have two these days.
