i need some ideas ladies of what to do with my hair for the big day, my hair is normally in a pony of just left down and i have no idea what to do for the wedding day to make it look amazing my dress is off the shoulder so am slightly worried if i have it up it might make my neck look silly, ive always liked straight hair but my h2b likes it curl and at the mo my hair is about shoulder length just short enough so i cant tie it back (if i can i will lol) so dunno whether to get hair extensions or what can you lovely ladies give me some ideas?

Hey Stranger, have a look at images on google for hairstyles there are loads and it will give you a wee idea. Also speak to your hairdresser...if you dont have one try and get booked in for a wee trial x

Ive googled hairstyles but im really not sure what to go for what would look best with my style of dress etc, i am going to speak to my mate who is doing my hair but she has just had a baby so need to give her a while and really wanted some ideas to show her, im really not girly enough for this wedding larky lol

I'm doing mine myself :D I'm having mine down tonged with curlers and I've got a facinator & headband to choose from. I'm going to have some trial runs and see which looks best :)

My hair is really long i'm having the whole lot up though!!! I just want it up and out my face so It wont annoy me all day and I love the hairstyle my hairdresser is giving me it makes me look totally different. I never wear my hair up unless in a pony but thats hardly ever just when it needs washed and I can't be bothered doing it ha ha it's normally always down so it's such a transformation having the whole lot up. xx

I am having mine up and curly. It's curly naturally, but I want it more structured, and i have a crystal necklace of my nan's that I want sort of woven into it! My dress is a bit grecian(sp) so that is the look I am going for! xx

Im having mine all down with a loose wave and a quiff at the front as such! Have bought a vintage style side tiara to wear also! Very natural yet hopefully glamorous!!!! xx If I were you Id take into consideration-what you feel comfortable with, what your dress is like, if your wearing a veil etc! xxx

I'm hoping to have mine half up half down. I spoke to a lady at my last wedding fayre, and she said that hair pieces are easy to do, and can give you much more options if you're not sure what you want. My hair is fairly long now, but as it's quite fine, although I've got lots of it, I'll need the majority of the length in the up bit, and will have a hair piece for the down bit. As for the straight vs. curls, you could do a bit of both, have some ringlets in it? xxxx

Popping some heated curlers in in the morning, then taking them out and hoping for the best. Looked in to hair pieces, but am trying to be as ethical as pos (dont mention the dress) and the only ethical hair you can get is for proper glued in ones not the clip in pieces (which do look amazing) so forgot that quick sharp! I want to look like me, and thats prety realxed.

im having the same problem with choosing how to have my hair done, but i think im going for the half up and down look with curls. try searching ideas on google, there are certain web sites where u can upload ur pic and see what you would look like with different styles, might be worth a try if ur considering extensions :)

I had mine similar to Leannes for my engagement do but the hairdresser made it a bit too false i feel. I liked it better when i repeated the style myself slightly looser. See my pics (just going to try put them up now, i only just got on this sight!)

I still haven't decided! Did manage to get it up and for it to stay up at the weekend when I had the make up trial but don't know - need to get my tiara and veil at home so I can figure it out!!
