I've made a decision on what I would like to put in the hotel rooms for our guests... Hangover Kits but I can't afford to buy the ones that are online so we are making our own.
So far I've got: Alka-seltzer Packet of Munchies Bottle of Water Mints Eye cooling gel Wet Wipe Glucose Sweet
Can you think of anything else I can add?
We are also going to put selection boxes in for the kids :) x

why dont u get the cheap cans of energy drinks ...35p for a can ..asopposed to the proper red bull..or even get red bull in bulk from wholesalers xx

Glass bottle of Irn Bru and a pack of salt & vinegar. Best hangover cure ever! Just make sure the Irn Bru is in a glass bottle or a can. None of this plastic nonsense.....

Porridge is supposed to be a good cure (the things you learn in Alcohol Awareness lessons!)- not very practical for the kit though.

in my hangover kit is going to be a carton of OJ, a home made cookie saying thank you (i have a nookie cookie cutter that i brought my h2b for xmas, hoping ppl will laugh), pack of mints and a toothbrush (how many ppl forget theirs when packing for an overnight stay at a hotel), and last but not least 2 paracetamol for the hangovers, teehehe xxx

a banana is supposed to help with hangover as well, last week i had hangover from hell and had to take me girl to ballet rehearsal for a show and i had a banana, packet of french fries with water and 2 tablets. within about half hour i felt half human again lol. fab idea by the way!!

O yes iru-bru is a must for a hang over. U shud put in a paper bag, u know like the sick bags you get on flights. That way if your guests are really ruff they have a bag for the journey home hehe xx

bananas are good for hangovers because of the potassium imbalance when you're dehydrated! A personal fave is salt and vinegar crisps i think it works because of the salt, again due to the dehydration. Have to say this is the coolest idea and if you dont mind i am going to pinch it!! Fabulous. ;-) x
