I just want to share my good news knowing these past few months I have felt really down, and thought that very little people would support H2B and I. I am back on track with wedding plans, just booked my cake, from a local man working from home, he used to have his own bakery, and now works from home and teaches and cause I booked in a year in advance he gave me a 10% discount and I will pay monthly to spread the cost. I just received my bridesmaid dresses which are from the bay and they are absolutely lush. My SIL2B will try hers on this weekend so I can take piccies and show you. I bid on the bay still on a cathedral length two tiers with diamontes Caroline Castigliano veil worth £250 and got it for £25. My mum just told me recently that because it is tradition for the FOB to pay half of the wedding and the wedding dress, my dad will sell some of his forests to help us out, and my mum is paying for the cake. and finally last but not least MIL2B who a few months ago had asked H2B to reconsider marrying me came a couple of weeks ago to our new home, and is all nice and apologetic to me, and complemented me on my weight loss and discussed about the wedding with me. I have been feeling so down and not participating as much on here that I thought I'd let you know I am feeling better and on this day next year I will finally be Mrs Gary Doublé :)

That's fantastic news! New family is often the hardest bit, on an equal par with finding the money!! I am constantly bargain hunting as my budget is real tight. I am even considering making my own wedding and bridesmaid dress. If I do (I have a pattern) it will only cost me less than £50 for the two, before any bling I decide to add. Question is whether I'm brave enough, lol.
That's such good luck finding a baker with a lifetime of experience at a good price. you'll have to post photos :0) xx

Yeah in France we live in countryside lala and he owns several forests of pine trees (massive good for woodcutting) and quite valuable, so my mum convinced him, I didn't want their help at first but don't know how to say no, and my mum is so excited just got off the phone as she remembered that next year it will be my wedding day :)
