Happy Bank Holiday people. I have today off thankfully. Need to finish off the uni work and make sure everything is sorted for my assessment on Wednesday, absolutely pooping it. Hate them so much as I get so worked up and nervous I make mistakes, and I am not allowed to use umms and ahhs as I will get marked down for that.

Well I've done a lot more work this morning and added some bits into my activities on the unit I need to be doing. Still unsure if I have done enough though. Two loads of laundry done, and now I want to stop and have family time.
Mad rush to get birthday presents for my step son today. We ordered him a keyboard, stool etc but for some reason my card got declined (money way there!) and they only let us know this morning!! It would take 3 weeks to get here if we re ordered and his birthday is Wednesday. I feel awful about it and h2b is being a selfish **** kicking off because I ask his son what he wanted for his birthday and he has said art and craft stuff, apparently its not good enough for his son but its what he wants! He is never normally like this and is suffering really bad from depression but refuses to go to the dr about it. Tempted to just buy the gifts myself and let him throw a strop

Hope you are all good. I have my assessment today and I am so not looking forward to it. I know it like the back of my hand what I am being assessed as teaching, however, the thought of being assessed if sending me into panic mode. Then Ihave to do the reflection on it in my activities section and hand it all in. Even a bare pass would be suffice.

Well not so little man turned 9 today! (he was 6 when I got with his daddy). He has had a brill day although was not happy he had to go to school lol.
Been roped into helping his mum decorate her whole house! This should be fun. Bright orange, black, dark purple and red walls all back to white again. Then all the glossing. She has even offered to pay me! I refused the money, yes she is my h2b's ex but she is also the mother to his eldest and we have become good friends.

Evening all- busy day at work yesterday- then went out for dinner for OHs mums birthday- his dad kept topping my wine up- only me his mum and dad drinking wine- 1 bottle finishec and I go to the loo and a second bottle appeared! Was very drunk for a school night wasn't hugely late- home by 11 but made 6am a struggle to get up
Saw our neighbors eno had cars stolen Saturday - they now had an alarm fitted but they are also thinking of moving house too:(
Turns out the the entry gate I thought was used was still locked so they used the one 3 door down from us which means that they had to garden hop through 5 gardens to get to neigh ours- then just knocked barrel out of their back door
Luckily in a way our neighbor didn't wake up so was a straight, in find car keys and house front door keys and off quickly with cars- very polite of burgers they closed both the back and front doors! - seems it was a well organized crime and cars were probably stolen to order!

So today i found a moment to book our hotel room at the wedding venue for my besties wedding in September. Thought i should get in there early before they get all booked up. Can't be a bridesmaid without a room at the venue.

Very quiet in work, as college is on vacation. It's Joseph's first full day at home with a friend who is looking after him, and he's poorly. He's had a cough so I think there's mucus in his stomach which is making him sick. He's well in himself though, hopefully keeping food plain will solve the problem. He's coped ok with starting nursery, a bit teary on the first day but after that he has improved.
30th August 2014 was the best birthday ever.

Just off to battle with the warehouse of car over my phone- it went off for repair and they can't fix it, should just be a new one but read loads of reviews to say that they will always try and get out of it and say it's got water damage....
