My dress is not from them, but out of interest I looked this up and couldn't find anything about it. The official website is still up and running with a 2013 collection on it. I think this story went round a while ago but came to nothing.
This story was circulating awhile ago but didn't come to much as they're still trading.

I was a forever yours bride2b and it is true I called their Uk store, they are closing down a lot of their stores in the Uk , if you look at their website its an American site so different warehouses and stockist and due to this I lost out on my dream dress, still not found another currently xx

That's ok, yes unfortunately it is, has been difficult as I haven't found another that I love just as much as the forever yours plus as it was an old style design of theirs it makes it harder to get even second hand xxx

I posted about forever your closing back in March and was met with many people saying I was wrong and it was basically untrue. I have one of my bridesmaids dresses being made and the shop that stocked it and who I ordered though were able to warn me and that at the time forever yours were fulfilling current orders at the time, I hoped it would help and warn other brides but as I said most people said I was wrong.

leigh, I was in a bridal shop round about march time and i was looking at dresses and the lady said, Sorry we cant order those ones in anymore as the owner is really ill and is closing down the company?, I liked quite a few so got home and looked on internet and came across the companys dresses being sold off in bulk for real cheap, I thought i hope they were not dresses others have already paid for.

they are in the factory next to me at work and my husband supplies them stationary. They are closing but at the moment are working on orders until the end of the peak wedding season

MrsX2b that is exactly what I posted in March. The owner was given 5 weeks to live back then and his children did not want to take on the business. They had agreed to fulfil orders but weren't taking anymore. I was practically boo hoo'd about it and some people were shunting towards my post and negative towards me. They actually made me feel quite thick and small in the things they said and how negative they said them.
I'm glad my bridal shop e.mailed me and gave me the warning about it as I was able to go and get my daughter measured for her dress that I had already ordered. I hope that some people listened to me and were ok in getting their dresses.
