Im just wondering what flowers everyone's having. Im getting married in August and ive chosen calla lillies but im thinking about having silk flowers rather than fresh x
I'm having blue hydrangeas (my Dad's favourite flowers who passed away last July) and cream roses. I love flowers and couldn't imagine not having real ones, but they are expensive. Calla lillies will be lovely x

I'm going to have cala lilies and will be using silk as they will hopefully be cheaper and my SIL (who's making the bouquets) will have plenty of time to do them. We've got white ones with a tinge of purple as you get near the stem, to go with our colour theme. Hopefully they'll look lovely!

I purchased mine from the bay, paid about £30 for the flowers, some green ribbon and some purple ribbon, some grasses and diamantés. Then a friend made the bouquets. We got 7 buttonholes, four bridesmaids bouquets and mine for that.

I had foam bouquets which were incredibly realistic and cheaper, plus we could keep them. We had real flowers in the church because there was a florist just accross the road.
30th August 2014 was the best birthday ever.
It was the day that I became Mrs. Dixon.
