Just wondered if anyone has ever won anything by going into all these competitions to win things since being engaged?
I keep being asked to enter all these competitions but not sure if i'm waisting my time although i do love the thought of a little helping hand :)

I have never won anything on here, but me and H2B won our wedding through a different competition (was a charity raffle for mcmillan cancer care). We are getting married in June :)
I've seen lots of posts on here from people that have won things.
I didn't realise I had entered as it was automatic entry, they entered my mobile number from when I gave my info to go into a wedding show and I won :)
Me and my sister, who is my MOH are having a free make over and photo shoot where we get one free photo......is love a nice piccie of me and my sister so will get that as my freebie and have enquired about buying another of just my sister for her to have.

I won exclusive venue hire at a wedding fayre which should have cost us £1800 just to hire the venue! But then if we had to pay that we may have chosen somewhere else!

I never have such luck to win anything. I entered a competition on a sight a few weeks ago to win £10000 for your wedding. It's not going to be drawn for another few months but I don't expect to win. I used to enter loads of different ones on these competition sights but I'v never won a single thing.

lol mrs d - I edited that as I originally read the front page wrong and thought it was a honeymoon, then realised that was a previous story and changed it lol I do think winning would be nice timing though - it's my bday on the 8th (easter sunday) and the winner would have been announced the week before... lovely :) x

I haven't entered any competitions on here, but when I first got engaged I won some bespoke save the dates from a wedding fayre I went to. They were beautiful, but unfortunately we had to changed the date of our wedding so they became useless :-(

Not won anything yet but I'm new here and my wedding isn't till 2016 so I'm wondering if they take your wedding date into account? If I won the £25,000 wedding I think 2016 is too far away so perhaps you have more chance the closer you get to the big day?

People do win stuff but if you think about the odds of winning, it's not a surprise that most haven't won anything!
I'd love for us to win the rings...it's next on our to-do list!
I've won silly stuff before but never anything major! Not even a £1 on the lottery! Hahaha...
That said you have to be in it to win it... I've google lots of "win-my-wedding" type stuff and been on all the weddingmagazine websites to enter as many as poss!
