I was wondering how to go about choosing my veil and tiara..I know I want an elbow length veil and thats about it! I did like the look of the side tiaras but do they go with a veil?
IWould you say it was best to try some veils and tiaras on together in the shop to see what goes best together??
I was going to look on ebay as they are cheap on there..dont want something that looks cheap but then dont really fancy paying over the odds either?

Hi hun
After buying my dress I was thinking about veils etc, I've bought the dress from a store that didnt stock it so they've suggested I wait until that's in before thinking about any... said it was best to see them with your dress x

LeannyDee you look gorgeous hun! What will you be wearing your hair like for the big day? xx
I won my tiara and I will be getting it before I have even bought my dress! That being said, I think it's ok to buy your tiara and veil before you get your dress, especially if you have an idea as to what dress / look you are going for xx

I wasn't going to wear a veil but MOL has loaned my her cathedral lenth one, covered in teeny crystals which is gorgeous so I've changed my mind! I have a little tiara on a comb to go with it and am going to wear veil quite low at back. Think it's tricky to make sure it goes with dress, venue, theme, hairstyle, make up etc! I agree with 'iluvcakes' the side ones are gorgeous! Guess it's just whatever you like and whatever you feel nice in. Got my tiara in sales in Debenhams and it was a bargain! x

I have borrowed a veil from my bm, its my something borrowed. I bought my tiara from the bay, i feel in love with the picture and yes i was worried about it looking cheap in real life but it wasnt expensive so i took the chance. Its gorgeous and actually the pic i fell in love with doesnt do it justice. I totally prefer it to some of the more blingy ones i have seen. Sometimes its worth just taking a leap.

I borrowed a friend's tiara, and I got my veil online for 30% of the price they were asking for in the bridal store! But I tried on their veils with my dress, decided on the one I liked the most then ordered online customising exactly how it was in the shop - arrived within a week and looks amazing, site is on my wall if you want to take a look :-)
