Hi all, I live in Gainsborough, Linc's and looking in to getting married. I'm looking for ideas on child friendly venues. Hoping to hire a bouncy castle etc to entertain children. Struggling though as pubs don't have the room and hotels don't want the gardens messing up :/ any ideas?? Xx

Are there any social clubs where you live. Or if your having a wedding during summer could could always have an outdoors wedding on grounds/park with maquees. You could always call local companies and ask them where they usually hold wedding if your not sure who would host a marquee reception

As a parent myself a bouncy castle at a wedding venue is the worst. Lol. Im sure itd be easier to get someqhete where you can have a kids corner with toys, inflatables, even comouter ganes hooked up to a tv.

We had lots of children at our wedding but I didn't like the thought of a bouncy castle as I was worried about the children getting hurt so we just purchased lots of outdoor games like large snakes and ladders, mini crazy golf, foam footballs, Frisbees and put them all out for the kids to play with. Luckily our venue had loads of space and the weather was gorgeous but it worked perfectly x
