initially i wanted something very simple but as time passes by and having a dress with not much detail and dont wnat anything in my hair kind of thinking i need something and the lady that is making my bouuet keeps putting nice ones that she done on facebook so feeling a few combinations. need to decide soon though she said she will start making them probabbly begining of march so little bit of time yet

there is so much you can do to add a bit of purple. originally i was having a purple bouquet but now not sure. I will be having purple nails though and my jewelery has purple pearls on it. Not decided on hair yet but the purple hgems could be nice.

Dodge i am so jealous of your purple bug. Although i am having a bright pink taxi but only cos i saw it and fell in love with it. I do have a purple beetle in the bridal party though so may have a few pics if she will let me

Im a little newbie on here and im having a cadburys purple wedding dress!!!! Boys are in ivory waistcoats and purple cravats. But i have a problem...........I CANT FIND ANY NICE PURPLE SHOES!!!!!! Anyone any ideas????

Leeso what about finding some plain white or ivory ones and having them dyed the colour you want then adding some shoe clips to them to jazz them up???

Vicki if you have silk then your options are endless, you could have your fav flowers or if you have a loved one no longer with you maybe have there favourite flower that way you get to honour them on your day and you get to keep them after OR do as i'm doing and give the centre pieces away during speaches as thank you gifts saving you some money??

Ooh lots of Cadbury's purple! When I was at a wedding fair the other week, I was giving my details to a florist and on her sign up form, under examples of colours, Cadbury's purple was at the top of the list!

We've having purple and ivory for our colours. All the guys are going to have purple ties and my bridesmaids are wearing purple dresses (but diff shades of purple as they are getting their own dresses and have given them free range on style etc etc - however, I might get some colour swatches so they can get within a couple of shades of each other if they wish). I'm hoping to get some purple shoes - wearing a knee length dress so want some colourful shoes! And tempted to take the colour further and turn it into a theme with the table names (Cadbury's chocolates lol) and then have the centre pieces/favours as cadbury's chocolates. My bms and friends think it's a great idea - h2b looked at me like I was mental lol. xx

Gembo, for our cake we are having cupcakes. Think we are going to have bottom tear with real purple icing, then the next one up a little lighter, and so on, and have the cake on the top (that we will cut) in a nice ivory icing. Then have ivory decorations (little butterflies/flowers) on all cupcakes. Then purple petals on the table xxxx

i think my cake will be white with purple and lilac decorations struggling with cake ideas seen a couple i liked they were plain and simple bit like me i think lol xx

We're having cupcakes that my MOH's mum has very kindly offered to make as a wedding present and she suggested using purple cupcake cases! I hadn't even thought about it lol! Am also considered purple sprinkles or something similar on top of the cupcakes too. x

Ivory Wedding dress with Pride of Scotland Purple Tartan Kilts. Flower arrangements are mixed Purple Thistles, Purple /White Heather and Cream Roses made up with the Purple Pride of Scotland tartan.

We are having Purple, Red and Black. My dress is ivory/cream coloured but I will be wearing purple shows, purple bouquet, buttonholes as well as the best man and my dad will be wearing purple shirts :) With the rest of our guests dress with red and black
