Ive got five Bridesmaids and had all their dresses designed and made to each of their measurements, now one of them has found out she is expecting again, not due till march so only just pregnant but theres not a lot of room in the dresses to expand them so im hoping that she isnt going to get big quick lol x

Yes I dont think it will make a lot of difference as shes a skinny little thing anyway lol just glad it wasnt a few months back, hows it all going with you - August the 14th is creeping up on us x

My sister is a tiny skinny little minnie.. and when she was 8 months pregnant, she only looked about 4/5 months pregnant.. (imo anyway) so from the girls I've seen get pregnant the tiny ones don't usually gain weight for a while into the pregnancy.. obviously all women are different and all babies grow at slightly different rates (hence the growth lines ect)... But what I mean is you shouldn't really have much to worry about only being 3 weeks away from the big day! :) xx

oo you never know though! both me and my sister (and i know a few other people), gained weight around ourtummies before we were even 2months gone. we just looked bloated! lol. i hope your bm doesnt though, you dont need the added stress of having to get a new dress. x

if the dress is a little on the tight side, which it shouldnt be in 3 weeks, i'm sure she could manage at least until all the photos have been taken etc and then maybe change clothes later ie for the evening. cant stand in the way of mother nature can we girls???? lol.

No course not the good thing is her sister has said that her dress is a little bigger and shes lost a bit of weight so if the worst comes to the worse then they will swop lol x

if she's only just found out ..its prob early stages therefore very unlikely she's goin to grow much in next 3 weeks..normally you dont start ballooning til about 15 weeks or so x

You don't really start to gain much weight or baby bump until the end of the first trimester so she should still fit her dress - I was 10/11 weeks before my dress wouldn't go around me anymore xxx

She will be fine im 9 weeks pregnant today and still wearing all my normal clothes just at night I feel like they are pinching. Congats to her :-) xx

i have just found out my only bridesmaid is planning on trying to get pregnant after her wedding (sept this yr) and my wedding is sept next yr, so im now panicing thinking she is either going to be quite far gone or not long had it. when she is preg she gets really ill for the whole time. am i being a biatch for worrying about this?!?!

You never know some people can try for ages before anything happens threy say the average time is about 12 - 18 months so you may not need to worry - x

tbh it is a bit selfish expecting her to wait to try for a baby til after your wedding just so she can fit into dresses etc
yes it might take time for her to get preg...but tbf you cant have someone put their life on hold for the sake of your big day and if its really going to get to you and upset you if she does get preg, you may want to speak to her and maybe find another bridesmaid?? but im just being honest and its not meant to be b!tchy at all but i certainly wouldnt like if i was being left in the cold helpingplan a wedding just cause i was pregnant...
maybe you should have another word and see if its definately goin to go ahead with the tryin to concieve x

Have to agree with BrideBecca, one of my bridesmaids is thinking of trying for her second one in the start of the year we are getting married so she might well be about 4-5 months gone but im over the moon for her x

The main worry I have is how ill she gets almost 24hours of sickness for the whole term, the dress isn’t a massive issue. I wouldn’t want anybody else as bridesmaid and if it happens it happens. And at the end of the day if she does conceive then I will be made up for her as she is my best buddy and all I want is for her to be happy,

Have to agree with Becca - if she is planning on getting pregnant, even if she's sick, then that's up to her. Would you feel the same if she was very ill with something? I know the sickness won't be fun but it does happen, and you just have to treat it like a regular illness xxx
