when doing aqua make sure your standing with the water just above your shoulders, any and all punches lifts and pushes then have to push against the water which feels easy but theres alot of resistance which tightens up the muscles,,we use woggles tied up in a pretzel shape float on our tummys and push it down to the ground like wer doing push ups,it works the backs or the arms really well,iv been doing aqua for about 2 years, its the easiest excercise iv ever done, honestly it doesnt feel like your doing it,,untill you start aching in the night lol,,iv lost 2.5.inches on my hips and waist

its aerobics with weights really really tones your arms after the 1st time I went I couldnt even lift my arms had to ring in sick at work- some sports centre will have classes on. I do more at a class than I would do on my own the instructor will push you to do little more each time.... It really good

With dumbells (or tins of beans) one exercise that is good is to push your elbows back bringing hangs under your armpits. Then Keeping you top arm still slowly stretch your arms behind you and back again. (does that make sense?) Keep it slow and controlled, you will feel the bat wings burning. Do these in sets, maybe three lots of 5. If you can do more then either increas your reps or increase your sets. It doesn't really matter about having heavy weights it's the motion that does the work so a tin of beans really would be fine.

nicola, body pump is a class. most gyms and leisure centres do it. you have a step, a bar with different size weights, hand weights and a mat. you do different excercises with the various weights and equipment to music. its on for an hour and is a great workout. we get new ppl trying it out all the time and the teacher guides them and helps as much as possible. the good thing is, they change the routines often so you dnt get bored and they are really easy to follow.x

i used to do a thing called tae bo and it was really good for getting rid of bingo wings. yoga or pilates does a move called the plank which i always find is good for me bingo wings. in tae bo she makes you do half press ups with your hands infront of your face and with your hands together making a triangle (so tios of thumbs are touching and first finger are touching too) and you touch your hands with your nose whilst kneeling on your knees (with yer feet crossed behind you.)

hope that made sense to people!! as i read it through and have no idea!!! lol x

Should get in touch with Nintendo and let them know - might be on in the making or you might help boost one up!

I enjoy the step on the Fit but it's just a bit boring and drags on

Had 1 bash of Wii Fit Plus with the little one and didn't seem that good really.

There's some fun things on the wii that really feel like they're working your arms - can't say it's improved mine that much, but I need to lose some weight before I'll see any improvement anyway. We were doing a bird game on it last night where you have to flap your arms like a bird. Really funny and kills your arms!
