OK so h2b has a major love for 1967 chevy impala's (for those of you that don't know this is the car used in Supernatural on TV) well having seen this car... OMG its gorgeous! I love it! I want one! I'm looking for one to either buy or hire for the day however if buying I dont care what state it is in as this will give me & h2b a new project to work on :)
It must be a 5door tho!
If anyone knows of where I could maybe get one I would be very grateful for the info!

nice.... i know someone whos uncle now owns the missing celeb harley davidson! it wasnt elvis' it was someone elses that was old school... shoot i can think of his name now! he had it for like 10 yrs and wanted to replace some parts but couldnt find them in the scrappy so had to call the manufacturers.... he got asked his address and name for search purposes and then was asked the number of the bike... when he told them the phone call went silent so he had to ask if the woman was still there.... she replied saying yes but could you repeat that number please... so he did she asked if he was calling from home to which he obviously said he was and she said thankyou we will get back to you on that part.... within an hour there were a couple of men at his front door showing id and offering him £1m for the bike.... when he asked why they told him whos bike it was saying they want to put it in a museum where it belongs and up-d their offer to £2m... he still refused to sell! still owns it now!
will have to find out whos bike it is its driving me crazy not remembering!

i know of a Chevy Corvette 1987 in black thats sitting in a poly tunnel as its american automatic gear box has blown (perfect opportunity to conver to manual me thinks) we owned it for a while and sold it to a friend who is just trying to get rid of it locally and possibly for free!

yeh i did hun thankyou i think that is the one where i emailed the owner as the caprice i saw on there was like £14750! so politely asked if they would be willing to not sell the car but hire it out instead as im sure a few of the ladies on here would be interested in hiring for the right price ;)

We found one for sale £14750 but its a caprice not a sadan so that means 3door not 5 and i emailed the seller asking if they would be interested in hiring out rather than selling i looks to be in top condition!
We found one that only hires out for weddings
and then we told the advertiser to take a hike (in the nicest possible way)

Hi ladies!
ok i had a reply from one of the 67 impalas, the bloke is wanting to sell but he may be interested in doing weddings (he has done local proms etc, local to devon) for £450 + milage (& if applicable due to distance, overnight accomodation). He also Could do 2 cars, the other is a 70 Buick Electra 4 door and/ or a 56 Pontiac 2 door Catalina, same price. If any of you are interested put your email on my wall and i will send the bloke your addy or failing that i will send you his email address onto your wall.
however he does state that he does not have wedding cover as he is just a regular bloke. He has said that if he brakes down he brakes down and that is that unless i can try to arrange cover for him due to my profession. (i told him in the email i sent that i was a wedding planner and am looking for a 67 chevy impala and having mentioned on this forum that i was looking for one have noticed there are other couples also interested).
