hey girls had a lovely afternoon saturday with my MOH she had a nose through all my wedding stuff to catch up where i was up2 and even booked her hotel room for the night of the wedding :0)
but she suggested 2 hen do's? one for getting smashed with my mates and having a giggle and another for my mum and mil2b etc... (in other words she means older ppl!lol) as my mum is nearly in her 70's but i would be surprised if she comes at all as its not her thing at all!!
what do you girls think? are you having 1 or 2? xx
i was looking at having a theme night in a hotel with 2 course meal and then a disco just for every1 to come to but dont know now???? xx

I'm not really into getting smashed so have decided on "high tea" at a hotel in Manchester..cake, sandwiches and champagne for all the ladies, plus the opportunity for some of the girls to hit the clubs later on. Both mum & MIL2B are very taken with that idea :)

well i did 2 hen do's hun
last saturday iw ent out for drinks with my mates and did the whole typical hen night attire i..e L plate, veil and tiara, willy whistle, bride to be sash and went and got a bit drunk lol
saturday night just passed, my mum and her friends and i went out and she had organised a cocktail making lessons for us which included a buffet and then went for a few more drinks after..which was a bit more civilised than last week lol x

it was fab anna
the barman *very cute guy called AJ* basically started off telling us about some techniques he uses, what ones he doesnt and why.then the first cocktail he made was a Drumstick..made one..we all sampled it then we got a full one each :D did this 5 times so u can imagine we were abit boozy plus i had 2 or 3 cosmos plus 2 blow job shooters lol x

I'm having two... one with the girls up in London & then one the Sunday b4 the wedding which'll be a pampering session at home with a couple of mobile beauticians that'll include both my daughter (who's obviously too young to come clubbing!) & my mum, mil2b & my BM's. :) x

im just going to have one hen night. i dont have a large group of friends so am going to be doing what you mentioned - find a hotel thats doing entertainment, meal and disco. least then the older ones can go to bed when they want and the others can dance the night away.
although i am only 27 i have really gone off the club scene. also think about a group of us going from pub to pub - not everyone gets served straight away, one person wants to go to one place, another to another! .....to much hassle for me! lol! (maybe im just getting old! lol!).

I went to a hen on Saturday - we had a 2 hour burlesque lesson, then a cocktail lesson, then dinner and a club - it was a LOT of fun and the MoB came too, but she's an aerobics instructor, so she was fitter than the rest of us!
For my hen I'm hiring a couple of cottages for the weekend, we're going for a group meal on the Friday and on the saturday half will be going out and partying and the other half will be staying in for a pyjama party - I'm hoping my mum will come to that one :)

I'l be having two just because most of my friends live in birmingham so we'l be having a night out there and then another quieter one in suffolk for family and other friends down that way.
