Hi, does anyone have contact details for @1!ur3 bridal? I am desperately after a swatch of my wedding dress colour / material so that I can match my shoes. I have been requesting this for over 3 months now and it has not arrived. They are now ignoring my FB message pleas for help and I have no other means of contacting them. My mum is in America at the moment and I want her to be able to bring me home my shoes (they're an American brand) but in the correct colour to match my dress. I've now read some terrible reviews about wedding dresses not turning up and this along with my own experience is making me really anxious! Any help would be appreciated :) xx

sorry i can't help at all i've never heard of them. could you maybe get someone else to mail them about the swatch? even if it is just too see whether it's just you their ignoring or everyone? hope you manage to get something sorted x

Could you get the shop you brought your dress from to request the swatch for you? They may be more accommodating for a business rather than a bride.

I contacted my bridal shop in April and they told me they requested the sample. I called them again last week and they said it still hasn't arrived. They also made comment that trying to get anything from the company is near impossible. I just want some help from them so my mum can buy the right shoes whilst she is in America! Making me really concerned about my dress even arriving if this is how hard it is to get a sample of material! X

What about the straps of your dress (for strapless) my bridesmaid dresses are strapless but they always send them with stringy straps just in case so you could see if your actual dress has straps and send them for the colour
My dress doesn't have any straps and is currently still on order. My bridal shop have sent the sample off on bridal shoes so it isn't in the store and they don't have any samples either.. :(
