We have just held our Wedding Reception here and we have to say it was incredible! The room looked absolutely stunning and the setting was just breath taking. Our photographer took lots of photo's of our wedding party overlooking the Golf Putting greens and also of myself and my husband on the little pathway that runs along the side of the greens. I would definitely recommend having wedding pictures taken here with the phenomenal views as your backdrop.

We choose to have the Hog Roast as our wedding supper which we can 100% recommend, it was delicious and plentiful.

The service from all the staff, from the initial viewing of the venue through to our wedding day has been fantastic, nothing has ever been to much trouble. A special thank you to Helen, Michelle & Sharon for keeping the planning at the venue so stress-free.

Hinckley Golf Club we just wanted to say a big thank for making our wedding day such a memorable occasion. We have had endless comments about how much our guests enjoyed the food, and the service was impeccable, the whole team combined to make it a very slick and relaxed event. We can’t thank you enough.

We are most grateful to Sharon the Event’s organiser for her expert input provided in advance of our big day. We had a wonderful day and that is in no small part due to all her hard work. You all did a wonderful job for us.

We have no hesitation in recommending Hinckley Golf club as a terrific venue for a Civil wedding, the newly refurbished room has a real ‘wow’ factor, everything was top drawer.

Thank you again for all the hard work and expertise put into making our wedding day so very special, it certainly was a day to remember in more ways than one, our family and friends all loved it.

We had our wedding reception at Hinckley Golf Club in December 2023, which included a wedding breakfast and evening buffet. We also had a number of meetings prior to the day, and were really pleased with the whole process of planning the event. It was also really helpful to be able to visit the day before to put out some decorations, and the day after to take them away again. The team were also able to accommodate our evening jazz band and Photo Booth, which seemed to all run very smoothly. For the food, there was a good choice on the menu and we were able to have a taster beforehand. The wedding breakfast was delicious and the team did a great job of catering for allergies and dietary requirements. There was also a good choice of food for the evening buffet and such generous portions too. The staff had all worked incredibly hard and it was a wonderful day which we will always remember. Thank you to all the team!

We got married at the Hinckley Golf club 26th August 2023 and we had the best day of our lives! Everything was perfect from start to finish, thanks to everyone at the golf club. We got married and had our evening reception at this fantastic and personal venue. The catering was brilliant for the sit down meal and the evening buffet, everybody was catered for and I received so much good feedback from our family and friends. The venue was decorated just as we wished and the staff were all exceptional! Special mentions to Sharon and Michelle for always being at the end of the phone for anything we needed.

We wanted to give you our heartfelt thanks for looking after us with our wedding. Right from our first meeting at the wedding fair through to the actual day, your support, professionalism and friendly approach was very much appreciated. Our whole day was great surrounded by the support of family and friends. Many commented on what a lovely venue it is so you may get some new bookings. We are hoping that our wedding will sti go ahead covid permitting. Sally at the golf club has been very accommodating with our needs

Where do we start... our Wedding was orginally booked for August 14th 2020. We have postponed now for the second time due to Covid-19 and both times Helen has been amazing with advise, support and faith that June 2022 will be our day. In between we have lost Craigs father suddenly not due to Covid on August 29th 2020 so he wouldve been at our wedding if it wasnt for Lockdown. Helen deserves a mention as if it wasnt for her we perhaps wouldve changed venue.
