Where do I begin?

Ohhh how I have been yearning to write this email because you KNOWWW you did an incredible job when the bride and groom are in Bali, surrounded by incredible nature and views, and all the bride and groom can do is talk about just how INCREDIBLEEEE you guys were THROUGHOUT THE WHOLEEEE HONEYMOON (yes the whole honeymoon I kid you not)

I think I’ve sat here rewriting this message about 6 times now because what words can ever do you guys justice?!?! To put it into words feels like taking away from the absolute MAGIC that you created for us on that day! From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for making our fairytale wedding come true! Thank you for making it magical, and thank you for joining in with us even if just for a minute to dance with us, because you truly felt like family there with us! Everything was perfect! From the moment I arrived the night before to the delicious chocolate, to your kind greetings in the morning with only the best breakfast I have ever eaten, to making the halls look absolutely stunning and working so effortlessly with all our vendors, to announcing prayer times, to keeping both halls segregated, to taking me up for my next dress change, to dancing with us, to putting on the most spectacular dinner service ever (everyoneee loveddd the food), to creating an energy in the room where everyone felt so welcome, to ever so kindly gifting me anything off the menu to eat because I hadn’t had a chance to eat since the morning, to receiving even more chocolate as we went up stairs after the night had finished, to just EVERYTHING. I promise you every single kind action was noted, appreciated, and truly cherished. And we couldn’t be more grateful to you and your team. A girl always dreams of her big day since she’s 4 years old, but thanks to you all you gave me a wedding that I couldn’t fathom in my wildest dreams.

Thank you Nicki for always being so so kind and understanding with my requests and requirements for a big Egyptian wedding, which I know wasn’t easy. Thank you for always always saving the day, and always answering so promptly easing all my worries. Thank you for always going above and beyond to making my dream wedding come true! Every email, every interaction, even the food tasting session is something I will always cherish forever.

You and your team Nicki are so special and wonderful! From the moment I met you Nicki, I felt so welcome and knew I had found THE BEST EVENTS MANAGER EVER! And when we got to meet the rest of your team during the food tasting and then on the big day, we knew we must have done something right at some point in our lives to be blessed with the best wedding team and venue ever!!!

Nikki, you Sam and all the team at Albrighton Hall made my daughter and daughters-in-law's wedding truly magical.
You all went above and beyond on Saturday and we cant thank you all enough.

Everything was perfect, you were all so attentive and nothing was too much trouble.

To have the day go so smoothly with no stress is such a relief as a parent as you just want the best for your children, my girls thoroughly enjoyed every minute of their special day and a lot of that was down to you Nikki and Sam.

It is a day full of fabulous memories we will cherish forever thanks to all of you at Albrighton Hall.

Thank you for everything you have done for us. We had such a great day and night, we couldn’t have asked for better from a venue and staff. We found you and your team so easy to work with, nothing was too much trouble. Although wedding planning was stressful, we found dealing with you the most easiest and stress free part of it all.

We have had so many of guests say how wonderful the venue was, especially the food so a big shout out and thank you to the chefs! Could you also pass on our upmost thanks to Sam as well, he looked after us amazingly and really ran the day well. We couldn’t have asked for better.

We can’t wait for the anniversary stay already! We will definitely be coming back, every year!

Everyone said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. The cake looked amazing - which was all down to you, another string to add to your bow! Service was fantastic! Couldn’t fault it. The little touches in our room were so nice and topped off our night.

We had the most fantastic wedding and the feedback from the guests was amazing and we will cherish the memories made forever and will be certainly be frequenting Albrighton again very soon! You and Sam are super stars!

We honestly cannot thank you Nicki and Sam enough for all your hard work, attention to detail and commitment to making our day so special.

Hi Nicki,

Myself and Dave would just like to thank you and Sam for making our wedding day run so effortlessly. Nothing was too much trouble for either of you and the day far exceeded our expectations. We very much wanted a relaxed wedding with no stress and you gave us just that.
We cannot wait to have our professional photographs back so that we can relive the day.

We will most definitely be returning for overnight stays at The Albrighton as it holds such happy memories for us now and will recommend to all.
