How to decide length of skirt? I have an A line dress with a train and I plan on wearing heels for the ceremony and photos and then change into converse for the reception. My seamstress has said if I cut the skirt to fit the heels the dress will be too long when I change into flats and if I cut it to the flats it’ll look silly with the heels. What have other people done? I can’t be the first bride to have changed from heels to flats at their wedding!
