Looking for some advice please! We are looking to decorate our car with ribbons for our wedding. We live about 20 minutes away from our venue. Are there any rules on driving on the motorway with wedding ribbons on a car? Do people usually pull over and add the ribbons on once they get nearer to the venue?
I've seen cars go by with ribbons on just make sure there secure properly x
