Harriet has been great with us. Doesn’t matter how many times we want to go and see the venue. To allow us to plan things out in our minds. Harriet will book an appointment and will go around with us. And reassure us that my disabled mom will be looked after, to get on the golf buggy to get onto the beach. Without me having to worry about been a carer on my wedding day.

Currently planning our wedding in Carbis Bay Estate in the Godvery Room. Had our visit to the estate and was blown away with the beach on the door step. The events team and staff have been very polite and welcoming to all our questions.

From the moment we arrived at Carbis Bay Hotel Soffia made a real impression.

We were narrowing our options down on venues and all the detail Soffia gave us made it an easy choice to make to agree our dream venue! A long way to go yet however we are big in the planning phase right now!

The venue had the wow factor, so beautiful, and each room on offer had a different vibe and theme to it.
We ended up booking the beach hut, and I still keep thinking back to how beautiful it was. Myself and Connor new instantly it was right.

Rea showed us round, she was so knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. She had a information pack for us to take away, offered us coffee, she was very very welcoming, and was not pushy, or persuasive.

After booking the venue we received some champagne and a congratulations card, which was very unexpected, and a lovely surprise!

We can't wait to get married!

Carbis bay has always held a special place in our hearts, due to being the first place we had a couple of dates and also we found out I was pregnant here.
So the love for the location was 100%.
And now we have the memory of our wedding.
The team were so attentive and prompt. Listened to my vision and made it come alive and sparkle.

All my guests commented on how smooth and beautiful the place was and also on the team, the way you worked so hard but blended into our guests and became apart of us.
I can’t thank you enough.
It was Everything and more we could of dreamed off.

I just wanted to email while it’s on my mind to say thank you so much to the events team, in particular Abi for everything you done for us on Sunday.

The day went off without a single problem and for that I can’t thank you enough, you were absolutely amazing. You kept me inparticular so calm and relaxed the whole time, it was without a doubt the best day we have ever had.

We got married in June 2024 in the beach hut at Carbis Bay and it was the best day of our lives. 2 years of planning went into our big day and Ria and the events team at Carbis Bay made the whole process so smooth. They couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel so special like it was only ever us who have been married here! The venue was perfect, and the staff were so attentive. All our guests couldn’t believe how amazing the venue was. The beach view speaks for itself but as the Bride & Groom, working with Carbis Bay was nothing short of outstanding. We are not local to the area but never felt a disconnect from the events team. They were so organised and covered all bases, including helping us organise a meal for the night before. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble to ask. We were also so happy with the bridal suite we booked, with lovely touches left in the room for us. Every detail was thought about and we felt so well looked after. We will never get over how special our day was and it’s all thanks to Carbis Bay. Thank you so much to Ria & The Team!
