UKbride is a leading UK wedding planning website and we created the site in 2005 to help people get married, and to help couples find suppliers (and vice versa).
For more than 21 years Whitespace Publishers (who own UKbride) has provided couples with help, advice and inspiration covering every aspect of wedding planning from the engagement to honeymoon and beyond. You’ll be able to promote your business directly to brides-to-be in your area and gain more wedding bookings.
We have over 190,000 Facebook Fans and we are rated Excellent on Trustpilot, with over 3,000 5-star reviews. 96% of our reviews are good or excellent.
We own the largest database of brides-to-be in the UK. Our award-winning website now receives over one million visitors per year.
You can showcase your business to its full potential with a UKbride advertising campaign. No limits on text, photos, videos, reviews, and more.
To make our campaigns even more affordable, we're now offering the online saver campaign which has various minimum term lengths and payment plans, to all suppliers except wedding venues.
UKbride is found in thousands and thousands of wedding related search terms in the United Kingdom on various search engines. Organic traffic to the site is by far the greatest way that brides find UKbride. We do not rely on organic traffic alone and heavily spend on websites like Google, other search engines and social media websites too, like Facebook and Instagram. We have comprehensive marketing campaigns, email campaigns, and pay per click campaigns too.
A UKbride member is a bride-to-be (or groom-to-be (2%)), who lives in the UK, and has registered on our join up pages, or joined up through our social media competitions, or our enquiry process.
Wedding businesses may receive enquiries directly about their business or receive enquiries asking for a quote from a few businesses. If they do, we only share that information with a handful of businesses (usually the closest to the brides).
Each enquiry is emailed directly to you (and shown on your client dashboard) which means you don't have to login to UKbride each time.
At the end of your subscription term your campaign will automatically renew with the same terms you agreed to initially, unless you choose to stop your campaign. You can stop your campaign at any time by obtaining a Stop Code before your next renewal term.
Our order form and terms and conditions about our marketing campaigns set out our terms very clearly. https://www.ukbride.co.uk/wedding_business_terms_and_conditions_g124.pdf.
If you are not happy for whatever reason you MUST cancel the subscription BEFORE the end of the current term. So, just get in touch (in writing) and we will then show you how to obtain your STOP CODE.
So to clarify, a subscription for 6 or 12 months which will automatically renew at the end of that 6 or 12 month period.
Let’s make this even clearer –
1 – A six or twelve month subscription.
2 – Then once your subscription ends (if you choose not to opt out (by obtaining a Stop Code)) you'll be charged the same price with the same payment plan as before.
3 – All prices are plus VAT.
To obtain a Stop Code visit www.ukbride.co.uk/stop, login and click the button to stop the auto renewals of your campaign, give us feedback of why you wish to stop and then you'll get your Stop Code (keep this for reference). This will then terminate all future renewals of your online campaign.
100% YES. Clients can stop their campaign renewing at any given time at least one day BEFORE the subscription term ends.
No, as we know that if you are unhappy for whatever reason, you will opt out.
No, as this would breach the legal contract and agreed terms and conditions.
A STOP CODE will only prevent further renewals of the campaign, not the current term.
Yes, for 12 months only. Once 12 months has passed you will be charged £99+VAT per year unless you opt out.
More details are available in the terms and conditions.
Unfortunately like any marketing we cannot guarantee results, however, the more you populate your campaign the more exposure you receive across the website.
If you choose to purchase leads during your subscription you can then market your business directly to brides-to-be which will give you direct exposure through email marketing and in some cases, you can send your leaflets or brochure directly into the letterboxes of our members.
Some of the brides are in the first stages of wedding planning and some are looking to book right now.
When you receive an enquiry - you’ll get the bride-to-be's email address (unless she has chosen postal contact only), and some brides do supply both their email and postal address. Brides-to-be may also supply further contact details and wedding details at their discretion.
An enquiry is where a bride-to-be has requested more information and prices from your business or are looking for services like yours. Leads are simply a list of brides-to-be in your area.
Brides-to-be included in your leads and brides-to-be who have submitted an enquiry have all opted in to 3rd party contact so you can send them emails and your special offers.
