UKbride is a leading national wedding website in the UK - but you may not know that we’re the most loved national wedding website too!
We have over 190,000 Facebook Fans, more 5-star reviews on Trustpilot than our main competitors combined, and the largest database of brides-to-be in the UK. Our award-winning website also receives over one million visitors, looking for services for their wedding.
We're offering three months advertising, absolutely free, on the most loved wedding website in the UK, with no upfront payments, no credit card details and no commitment to buy whatsoever, should you decide not to continue your campaign before the end of the ‘free, try before you buy’ offer.
You’ll be able to promote your business to brides-to-be in your area and gain more wedding bookings. You’ll also receive up to 300 bridal leads whilst on the trial, completely free of charge.
You'll be able to showcase your business to its full potential with a UKbride advertising campaign. No limits on text, photos, videos, reviews, and more.
UKbride is found in thousands and thousands of wedding related search terms in the United Kingdom on various search engines. Organic traffic to the site is by far the greatest way that brides find UKbride. We do not rely on organic traffic alone and heavily spend on websites like Google, other search engines and social media websites too, like Facebook and Instagram. We have comprehensive marketing campaigns, email campaigns, and pay per click campaigns too.
A UKbride member is a bride-to-be (or groom-to-be (2%)), who lives in the UK, and has registered on our join up pages, or joined up through our social media competitions, or our enquiry process.
Wedding businesses may receive several types of enquiries: quote requests, check availability and brochure requests for example. Each enquiry is emailed directly to you (and shown on your client dashboard) which means you don't have to login to UKbride each time.
Our order form and terms and conditions about our marketing campaigns set out our terms very clearly - www.ukbride.co.uk/wedding_business_terms_and_conditions_freevenues.pdf
If you are not happy for whatever reason you MUST cancel the campaign BEFORE the end of the free trial. So, just get in touch (in writing) and we will then show you how to obtain your STOP CODE.
So to clarify, a free ‘try before you buy’ promotion, then one annual fee based on the package you chose.
Let’s make this even clearer –
1 – A free trial for 3 months
2 – Then once your free trial ends (if you choose not to opt out) you'll be charged the Standard Charges based on the package you chose for the free trial.
3 – All prices are plus VAT.
100% YES. Clients can stop their campaign at any given time at least one day BEFORE the free trial ends. We do ask though that you give the campaign some time to build momentum.
No, as we have given you a free trial and know that if you are unhappy for whatever reason, you will opt out.
No, as this would breach the legal contract and agreed terms and conditions.
A STOP CODE will only prevent further renewals of the campaign, not the current term.
Yes, for 12 months only. Once 12 months has passed you will be charged £99+VAT per year unless you opt out.
More details are available in the terms and conditions.
Unfortunately like any marketing we cannot guarantee results, however, the more you populate your campaign the more exposure you receive across the website.
If you choose to purchase leads after your free trial you can then market your business directly to brides-to-be which will give you direct exposure through email marketing and in some cases, you can send your leaflets or brochure directly into the letterboxes of our members.
Some of the brides are in the first stages of wedding planning and some are looking to book right now.
When you receive an enquiry - you’ll get the bride-to-be's email address (unless she has chosen postal contact only), and some brides do supply both their email and postal address. Brides-to-be may also supply further contact details and wedding details at their discretion.
Yes. The leads are our members who opted in to third party contact when they joined our site. Our unique direct marketing solution provides you with a monthly list of brides-to-be in your chosen area.
The information is captured at a time when they are actively seeking wedding services and have opted in to receive offers and information from third parties.
Our leads provide a constant and easily manageable source of potential new customers that you simply email your information to (and in some cases post). The list may include their planned wedding date (or estimated wedding date), giving you the opportunity to time your marketing campaign perfectly.
If you are a wedding venue you will not receive the wedding date as part of your leads as the bride-to-be won't have booked her venue yet, meaning she will not know the exact date of her wedding.
An enquiry is where a bride-to-be has requested more information and prices from your business or are looking for services like yours. Leads are simply a list of brides-to-be in your area.
Brides-to-be included in your leads and brides-to-be who have submitted an enquiry have all opted in to 3rd party contact so you can send them emails and your special offers.
We capture the data at the time of joining and we aim to supply leads that are best suited to your business based on the information provided by the bride-to-be at the time of joining (only).
Some brides are very early in their wedding planning and UKbride aims to attract members to the site as early as possible to give you the best opportunity to turn them into bookings.
For wedding venues the leads supplied will be brides-to-be who told us, when joining the website, they had not yet booked their venue.
The lead time from when we supply you with details of a bride-to-be and their wedding date naturally will vary generally from 6 months to 2 years before their planned wedding day.
The wedding date we provide will be the date provided by the bride-to-be at the time they registered their details or their estimated date.
UKbride is GDPR compliant, and it is important that you are GDPR compliant too, for more information visit https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/

No, unless you choose to purchase leads after your free trial. Get in touch with us if you would like to continue to receive leads once your trial period has ended or click the upgrade button on your dashboard.
Whilst you will not automatically receive leads after your free trial has ended, you will continue to receive enquiries from brides-to-be who have requested more information from you via our supplier listing pages.
You can request a stop code at any time, just get in touch (in writing) and we will then show you how to obtain your STOP CODE. If you STOP your campaign after your free trial has ended you will be charged the full amount for a 12 month campaign and your campaign will continue until the end of that 12 month period.
If you don't stop your campaign at any point, your campaign will continue to automatically renew on an annual basis.
