Always ask your Wedding Coordinator for a copy of the floorplan, that shows each table number. Table number one isn't always the best table to seat special guests at.

Always give your evening guests an arrival window to arrive by - Guests to arrive for 7pm, our cake cutting and first dance will be at 7.45pm. this ensures all guests know to arrive before 7.45pm.
