Ken & Robert's Wedding Story
Gemma and Ben Lambert have provided excellent service from the moment we booked the venue and, of course, Ben was absolutely great on the day itself - going above and beyond to help when the cake from Imaginative Icing fell through - and in general was fantastic at making sure everything kept to schedule but in a relaxed and friendly manner. Others in particular that we would also like to commend for their outstanding service: Dragos, in the evening of the wedding, who took over smoothly from Ben and was really helpful letting guests know about the evening food and fireworks; Julian, who helped Ken and I with the set up the night before and with the event itself on the day; and Bogdan, who we saw throughout with a very positive demeanour and attitude. Everyone who was on reception for the duration of our stay was also excellent (I didn't catch their names, but there were at least two women and one man).
